What happens if the weather is poor on my requested shoot date?
Weather conditions are monitored up to 24 hours before scheduled outdoor shoots. If severe rain, heavy fog, or overcast conditions interfere with your requested property choices, we will contact you immediately to activate your submitted Alternate Date/Time option or reschedule at no additional fee.
How far in advance should I submit a Property Shoot Request?
We recommend submitting your request at least 5 to 7 business days prior to your target shoot date. This allows adequate time to coordinate on-site access, confirm contact details, and ensure optimal time-of-day lighting for your property type.
How long does a standard property shoot take on-site?
Duration depends on total square footage and requested shot features. Standard residential or commercial shoots (under 3,000 sq ft) typically take 1.5 to 2.5 hours on-site. Larger estate properties or shoots requiring detailed architectural staging may require 3+ hours.
Do I need to be present on-site during the shoot?
No, your presence is optional as long as complete lockbox, gate, or contact access instructions are provided in the form. If you have specific staging preferences or custom shot requirements, an on-site representative is always welcome to attend.
When and how will I receive the final edited files?
Standard digital delivery is within 24 to 48 hours following completion of the shoot. You will receive an email notification containing a private link to preview, share, and download high-resolution print files and optimized web formats.
